- 1 pkg. frozen quail breasts, thawed and breasts split
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup(s) Artisan Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup(s) shallots, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup(s) bourbon, optional
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon salted butter
Godorniz recipe step by step
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, or the grill to medium-high if you're grilling.
- 7 bacon pieces should be divided in half and 1 jalapeo should be split into 14 strips.
- Salt and pepper each quail breast, then top with 1 jalapeo strip and shredded cheese. Wrap the bacon around the entire breast after folding it in half. Secure the skewer or toothpick with a skewer or toothpick. Wrap the breasts until they are completely covered.
- On a preheated baking sheet, bake or grill for 20 minutes.
