    DAAD MIPLC Scholarship in Germany is currently taking students from developing countries. This is an opportunity for you to study abroad if you are interested in doing so.

    The German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) is offering the 2025 DAAD MIPLC Scholarship to students from developing countries. This fully-funded scholarship provides an opportunity to pursue a postgraduate degree in Munich, Germany.

    Scholarship Details

    The DAAD MIPLC Scholarship is part of the DAAD’s program for “Development-Related Postgraduate Courses.” It promotes the training of specialists from developing countries and offers them the chance to take a postgraduate or Master’s degree at a state or state-recognised German university.

    Eligibility Requirements

    To be considered for the DAAD MIPLC Scholarships, applicants must meet the following requirements:

    1. Nationality: Be from a developing country (according to the OECD DAC list).
    2. Education: Hold at least a four-year Bachelor’s degree (or a three-year Bachelor’s degree plus a further degree), completed with above-average results.
    3. Professional Experience: Have at least two years of full-time professional experience gained in a public authority or a state or private company in a developing country.
    4. Language: Meet the English language requirements.
    5. Residency: Not have been living outside your home country (or another developing country) for more than the past two years.

    Scholarship Benefits

    Successful applicants will receive:

    • Full MIPLC Fee Waiver
    • Monthly Stipend: EUR 934 (€11,208 annually)
    • Health, Accident, and Liability Insurance Coverage
    • Travel Allowance (unless these costs are covered by the home country or by another funding source)
    • Study and Research Allowance
    • Mandatory Two-Month German Course before the start of the MIPLC LL.M. program (August and September, in Munich or another German city).

    Required Documents

    To apply, candidates must be ready to submit the following documents:

    • Signed CV in Europass format
    • Signed Letter of Motivation in English (no more than 1,000 words)
    • Two Letters of Recommendation
    • Degree Certificates/Diplomas for all academic degrees completed
    • Transcripts for all academic degrees completed
    • School Leaving Certificate
    • Proof of Professional or Scientific Experience
    • Portrait Photograph
    • Printed and Signed Statement providing details concerning any disciplinary action (if applicable)
    • Official Score Report of an English language test (if applicable)
