Eligibility Criteria for Rosa Luxembourg Foundation Scholarship
To be considered for the scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Enrolment: Be enrolled at a state-recognized higher education institution in Germany.
- Supervision: Have a university lecturer in Germany as supervisor.
- Academic achievement: Hold a very good graduate degree.
- Social engagement: Demonstrate social commitment aligned with the Rosa Luxemburg Foundation’s values.
- Language proficiency: Possess German language skills at level B2 or higher (proof required).
Benefits of DAAD Rosa Luxembourg Scholarship

- Mobility Allowance: €100
