Fajitas de Pollo Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast, skinless and boneless
- 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
- 2 teaspoons of olive oil
- ½ green bell pepper, cut into strips
- ½ red bell pepper, cut into strips
- ½ yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- a pinch of salt
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 large avocado, peeled and sliced
- Sour cream
- Fresh cheese
- Lemon slices

- Small strips of chicken should be cut.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken and taco seasoning mix. Allow the vegetables to marinade for 5 minutes while you’re cutting them.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil. Cook for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked. To brown all sides, flip it halfway through cooking.
- Using thin julienne strips, cut the onion, pepper, tomato, and chili pepper.
- Paprika, salt, and pepper are used to season the chicken.
- Over high heat, sauté the onion, pepper, hot pepper, and tomato in a large skillet. Remove the vegetables from the pan and place them on a plate.
- In the same skillet, cook the chicken strips until golden brown on both sides.
