- 1 cup diced fresh frozen mango
- 2 cans pineapple juice
- 1 and half tspn lime
- 2 teaspoons chili-lime seasoning
- 2 tablespoons mexican chili fruit condiment (chamoy)
- In a blender, combine the frozen mangoes and pineapple juice, and blend until smooth.
- 1 teaspoon chili-lime seasoning and a lime wedge around the rim of your glass cup
- 2 tablespoons chamoy and the remaining 1 teaspoon chili-lime seasoning in a glass of lime juice
- 1/2 of the mango-pineapple mixture should be poured in.
- Top with the remaining mango-pineapple mixture and the remaining chamoy sauce.
- Almost ready to eat
- Chamoy can be eaten with a spoon or consumed straight from the cup. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to taking it, so have fun!
